20 Minute Italian Wedding Soup



    • 4-5 Italian sausages, cut into 1″ pieces
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 2 x 900ml chicken broth cartons
    • 2 cups chopped spinach
    • 1 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
    • 1 cup finely chopped carrot


  1. In large sauce pan, heat broth to boiling; stir in spinach, orzo, carrot & sausage.
  2. Return to boil; reduce heat to medium.
  3. Cook at slow boil for 15 minutes or until orzo is tender.
  4. Stir frequently to avoid sticking. Tada!
